Cleaning and disinfection: Using bubble cleaning machine, roller cleaning machine and other equipment, using high pressure water flow, strong bubbles, rotating brush, etc., vegetables can also be disinfected by ozone disinfection, hydrogen peroxide spray and other ways to remove bacteria and pesticide residues.
3. Sorting: Manually or by using sorting equipment, the vegetables after cleaning are further screened to ensure that the quality and specifications of vegetables are consistent.
4. Cutting and fitting: According to product requirements, the use of multi-functional vegetable cutting machine, leaf vegetable cutting machine, root vegetable cutting machine, etc., the vegetables are cut into slices, shreds, strips, blocks and other shapes.
5. Blanching: Some vegetables need to be blanched, and the blanching machine is used to quickly blanch at a controlled time and temperature to retain the color and nutrition of vegetables, remove residual pesticides and reduce bacterial content.
6. Cooling: the vegetables are cooled rapidly after blanching, usually by cold water flushing or strong flow dryer blowing, so that it quickly falls to normal temperature and blocks bacterial reproduction.
7. Dehydration: The use of centrifugal dehydrator, vibrating screen, air dryer and other equipment to remove excess water on the surface and inside of vegetables, prevent bacterial growth and extend shelf life.
8. Packaging: The dehydrated vegetables can be packed in plastic bags, glass bottles, cans and other packaging forms. During the packaging process, vacuum packaging can be carried out or filled with protective gases such as nitrogen.
9. Refrigeration: The packaged vegetables are refrigerated in the cold storage or freezer to maintain their freshness and taste.
