Fruit and vegetable cleaning vibrating drying processing production line
Product Description
Introduction to the Composition of the Assembly Line
The assembly line usually consists of three core equipment: cleaning machines, vibrating screens and air dryers. In some scenarios, immersion elevators, spray devices or flipping mechanisms are added. Cleaning machines are classified into types such as bubble type and drum type. The vibrating screen generates vibration force through an eccentric motor, and the air dryer is equipped with multiple low-noise fans to form a knife-shaped airflow. Some high-end equipment integrates a circulating water filtration system to achieve the goal of water conservation.
Scope of application
It is widely used in food processing (such as fruits, vegetables, and ready-to-eat meals), processing of Chinese medicinal materials (honeysuckle, Gastrodia elata), cleaning of packaging bags (bags for pickled products, bottles for pickles), and processing of seafood. It can effectively remove sand, pesticide residues, oil stains and water stains on the outer packaging, meeting the industrial needs such as the processing of fresh-cut vegetables and the drying of packaging after sterilization.
Working principle
The cleaning and air-drying production line realizes automated processing through multiple steps such as bubble cleaning, high-pressure spraying, vibration water draining and strong air drying. During the cleaning stage, a bubble generating device is used to make the materials roll in water, combined with high-pressure spray to wash away the surface dirt. The vibrating screen removes excess moisture through high-frequency vibration. The air dryer uses high-pressure cold air or normal-temperature air to repeatedly flip and blow to ensure uniform surface drying.
