Product Description
The equipment is used for food cages or containers, auto parts cleaning equipment, food cages waiting for cleaning equipment from the cleaning machine input into the cleaning channel, after pre-washing, main cleaning, rinsing, output, complete the cleaning process.
Pre-washing process: the pump will suck the water from the pre-washing tank, spray out through the nozzle, so that the food cage or container, each surface is cleaned, wash away the debris, the cleaned sewage is filtered and separated back to the tank, the debris is discharged.
Rinsing process: The rinsing pump will suck out the hot water from the cleaning tank, spray out through the nozzle, rinse off the cleaning agent on the cleaning material, and the water flow back to the tank. Performance: The product mainly consists of input, pre-washing, main cleaning, rinsing and output parts.
Reasonable waterway design, to achieve energy saving. Pre-washing water tank, the main cleaning water tank is equipped with a neat heating and temperature control device in order to adjust the water temperature to achieve the cleaning effect. The conveying device adopts frequency conversion speed regulation to meet the cleaning requirements under different conditions. The pre-washing and main cleaning parts are equipped with a filter system, and the filter tank is easy to take out and easy to clean.
